Message from the General Manager

The world today is a much a competitive place than it was back in 1978 when I first started out, so now everyone who needs that little edge to make their business just a bit better than others within the composite industry, my company is that resource you need to make sure your staff is fully qualified to meet any concerning customers requirements.

Past experiences has shown me that the best teaching and training combined with good basic theory with plenty of practical experience is our best practise . Our courses have been developed with this approach and gives trainees a good level of understanding enabling them to think about materials and their application.

Our familiarity with industry practices , national standards, key topics and common problems areas, enables us to create very specific courses, the duration and concept of any training provided will still meet industry standards framework.

Training can enhance your organisations productivity, customer satisfaction as well as the morale, quality of work and the overall effectiveness of your employees. Make sure your staff has this ability to help make your company the best in your field and contact ITSC to see what difference we can achieve for you.

Just to let you know a little about myself. I started in this industry by firstly wanting my own sports car called a Bolwell Nagari. They were built in Melbourne during the 1970s but sadly I couldn't afford one. So in 1973 I obtained approval from the Bolwell factory to build my own. With the knowledge I achieved through this project I decided to buy a fibre glassing business of my own in 1978 and my ventures have grown from there.

I also had a project, through Composite Studio, where I trained 17 owner/builders to build their own clubman vehicles from the chassis up. For more about this project, click on the link below to view this great achievment where we were the third largest vehicle manufacturer in South Australia at that time.
